Designed to be a luxurious furnished and serviced apartment building in the port city of Aqaba.

Comprising seventeen apartments, these residences vary in size from cozy studios to spacious three-bedroom units. The design ethos revolves around a central atrium, paying homage to local architectural aesthetics in terms of form, massing, and climatic considerations.

The exceptional design of this building garnered recognition and acclaim, receiving the prestigious award for best design in its classification from the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA).
