Bilad Company leased three vacant floors within Rawashdeh Building 2, and these floors were subsequently reconfigured to align with the specific needs and demands of the company.

The redesign encompassed comprehensive architectural, interior, and electro-mechanical considerations, thoughtfully incorporating existing furniture in many areas. Furthermore, a contemporary dealing hall was introduced, complete with comprehensive HVAC, lighting, and acoustical design enhancements.
