The site overlooks the Shmeisani intersection, extend- ing between Suleiman Al Nabulsi Street to the North and Al-Sheriff Hussein Ben Ali to the South, with a notable 15-meter drop in elevation between the two streets. Despite the challenges posed by the elongated and irregular shape of the plot, these unique characteristics were leveraged to create striking geometric architectural forms, making a bold statement.
The significant variation in street elevation and the need to reconcile two different building height regulations influenced the design, thus, resulting in an elevated architectural form.
