Project Summary:
Our firm was chosen to design the headquarters for General Arabia Insurance Co. along with dedicated office and commercial spaces available for rental. We were awarded this project by securing the top position in an architectural competition.
Our design approach was driven by a careful balance of aesthetics and economics. We strategically employed glazed elevations in optimal quantities and locations to create a visually striking facade.
One of the standout features of our design was the innovative use of the basement floor. We transformed this space into functional office areas while introducing a sunken garden on the street-facing side. Furthermore, our design maximized the utility of cellar floors through an intelligent layout that fully utilized available levels and space. By implementing split-level configurations, we efficiently accommodated a substantial number of parking spaces on each floor.
