Located on a gentle southern slope, this villa was originally designed on a 1000 square meter plot of land, with all primary living spaces situated on the first floor. The ground floor, opening to the street, was designated for the garage, a gym with wet facilities, maid's quarters, and service areas. Notably, the villa boasts two entrances: the main entrance, located on the first floor, accessed via a series of steps and pathways leading from the main gate, and a second entrance on the ground floor level, which provides access to a staircase and elevator serving both the villa and the rooftop apartment.
Subsequently, an additional 3000 square meter plot of land was seamlessly integrated into the site from the west and north sides. This expansion brought forth a multifunctional hall, complete with a separate main gate, a guardhouse, auxiliary buildings for services, and garages. The remaining portion of the land was thoughtfully landscaped, creating both private and public gardens, as well as verdant and floral spaces. To enhance the outdoor experience, a water feature, gazebo, and expansive terrace were meticulously designed, effectively extending the functionality of the multifunction hall from the east.
