The villa was thoughtfully designed to accommodate a family with young children. The rectangular plot of land slopes gently away from the street, with a gradual drop of approximately 8 meters. At street level, the entrance is strategically positioned between the main lower living floor and the upper bedroom floor. A flight of steps leads down through a double-volume space, opening up to an open-plan sitting room and dining room that seamlessly connect to a garden terrace and a swimming pool.
The split-level design, along with the staggered building masses, skillfully addresses the site's slope and optimizes its potential. The bedrooms are situated on the upper levels, with the master bedroom, family terrace, and family bedroom offering picturesque views of the pool and garden. The kitchen and breakfast area provide direct access to the pool terrace on the main lower floor, conveniently linked to the garage and services. In the basement floor, a multi-function room opens up to the back garden, enhancing the overall functionality of the villa.
