Situated in the prestigious neighborhood of Abdoun, this villa was meticulously designed on a 1000 square meter plot of land, with dual street access. The villa's layout takes the form of an L-shape, creating an inviting enclosure around the rear garden and swimming pool, offering a seamless connection to the outdoors.

The ground floor elegantly integrates the main sitting room, living room, and breakfast room with the pool and its terrace. The master bedroom wing on the first floor, along with one of the bedroom suites, enjoys captivating views of the pool and back garden. The family living room on the first floor extends to two balconies, one overlooking the inner pool area and the other providing a view of the entrance double volume.

In the basement, you'll find the servants' quarters, an industrial kitchen linked to the main kitchen via a dumbwaiter, a multi-functional room, and a majles (Arabian-style sitting room). Both of these lower-level spaces open up to sunken gardens, infusing natural light and fresh air into the environment.
