This project involved the renovation and transformation of a vintage apartment building originally constructed in the 1950s.
The objective was to modernize and expand the structure both vertically and horizontally, ultimately converting it into a contemporary office building.
To accommodate this transition, a new staircase and elevator shaft were seamlessly integrated. The structural innovation of the project entailed the utilization of new elements and foundation work to envelop and support the existing old building.
