Project Summary:
This multi-use building combines commercial and office spaces seamlessly.
The structure comprises of a ground floor with a mezzanine, tailored for commercial purposes, and three upper floors featuring open-plan layouts for office use. Additionally, two underground parking levels have been meticulously designed to cater to the parking needs of the building.
