Project Summary:
Our office designed the project to incorporate multipurpose halls and various amenities catering to both members and the local community. The building features an office space, an alumni club situated on the roof boasting a 235 square meters terrace, and two fully equipped multipurpose halls.
These halls are strategically designed with separate entrances to facilitate simultaneous events. The first hall, situated on the ground floor, spans 240 square meters, and opens onto an outdoor terrace. The second hall, located on the second floor, covers an area of 215 square meters and can be partitioned into two separate halls with individual entrances, offering versatility for various events including lectures. Additionally, the halls are complemented by restroom facilities, a central kitchen, and outdoor gardens.
