Project Summary:
The building was designed to serve as both the headquarters of the respective company and provide rentable office and commercial spaces. Sustainability was a key consideration in the design process, particularly in the use of glass at varying depths to optimize natural lighting and create a passive cooling effect. Each floor features communal terraces that provide accessibility for relaxation.
To maximize natural light and ventilation, a glass court was incorporated into the rentable offices and headquarters spaces. The cellars were strategically designed to cover the entire plot area, serving as the functional core of the building. The sloped design of the cellars was specifically tailored to accommodate the maximum number of parking spaces.
