Project Area:

2500 m2 buildings - 20000 m2 site

Location:

Aqaba, Jordan

This project is situated along the southern coast of Aqaba, forming an integral part of the city's new tourist district. Its primary purpose is to provide club and beach amenities for hotels in Aqaba that do not have direct access to the sea.

The project site is within an area identified by the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) Planning Department,  having specific environmental design requirements and constraints.

The architectural design of the building was thoughtfully crafted with an organic structure that mirrors the unique characteristics of the coral beach in the region. This design approach was also tailored to harmonize with the challenging topography of the site, all while maintaining a focus on cost-effectiveness.

The project's amenities encompass a substantial adult swimming pool, a children's pool, a designated children's play area, a diving pool, and a diving center. Additionally, it houses three restaurants, a clinic, a covered children's play area, as well as essential back-of-house and administrative facilities. The entire design carefully considered traffic flow both into and out of the site to ensure efficient access for visitors.
