Due to the significant demand for hotel rooms in Amman and the successful management of the Geneva Hotel - Amman in consistently increasing its occupancy rate, the decision was made to embark on a comprehensive expansion plan. To realize this plan, the hotel acquired two adjacent plots of land, located to the west of the existing hotel building and on the opposite side of the rear street.

Our office was entrusted with the responsibility of designing and overseeing the expansion project, which includes doubling the room capacity, adding an additional banquet hall, expanding back-of-house facilities, incorporating new administrative spaces and breakout rooms, and providing 145 underground parking spaces. Our scope of work extends to a complete facelift for the existing building, as well as interior design for all newly created spaces
