The 5-story building, spanning a total built area of 6100 square meters, incorporates a range of facilities. It includes examination halls, a primary conference hall with a seating capacity of 350 people, an information center, a research and studies section, offices, meeting rooms, and library and reading rooms. The grand entrance lobby is thoughtfully designed to serve both the main hall and the administrative and educational areas, making it a versatile space suitable for various medical conferences.
The architectural design of the building pays homage to Amman's traditional environment in a modern context. The deliberate use of stone elements serves to underscore the local identity and heritage associated with this material.
Furthermore, the building's design adheres to principles of energy efficiency and climatic considerations. It incorporates passive warming features for winter and cooling strategies for summer. Careful attention was given to the design of window openings to prevent overheating during the summer months while maximizing natural daylight
