We designed a portion of a 3000 square meter plot of land located just before the University Hospital intersection along AlMadina AlMunaowara Street. This initial project was successfully completed in 2003.

Subsequently, we were entrusted with the design of a 4200 square meter mixed-use building on the remaining portion of the site.
