This significant buildings and infrastructure project was developed to facilitate the efficient operation of Oil Shale mining activities, encompassing all necessary technical, logistical, administrative, and support services. The site is situated in the Attarat Um Al Ghudran area, 40km east of Qatrana on the desert highway. It comprises three gated and fully serviced sites.
Our work encompassed the comprehensive design of architectural and structural elements, as well as the meticulous planning of electromechanical engineering systems. This included HVAC, drainage, power, lighting, security systems, and distribution boards. Additionally, we designed the road network, sewage lines, and treatment plants.
