Project Summary:
After successfully completing the Riyadh Group building on Arrar Street, the owner entrusted us with the design of the adjacent Arrar Street Office building.
This new structure features a ground floor with a mezzanine for commercial purposes, followed by five upper floors designed with spacious open-plan layouts for office use. Additionally, we incorporated three levels of underground parking to cater to the building's parking needs.
