Consultant Role:

Design for the Architectural, Interior, Landscape, Structural, Electrical, HVAC & Sanitary works. Preparation of contract & tender documents in addition to the supervision of the execution of the project on site.  


Project Summary:

This project consists of two underground service floors and a two-story shopping center comprising of 70 shops. The shopping area is thoughtfully designed around a spacious plaza, creating a visually appealing focal point that integrates seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. The plaza has become a popular gathering space and serves as the primary entrance to the four upper floors, each covering an area of 2000 square meters. These upper levels are earmarked for future use as service facilities, hotel rooms, and office spaces.

The project earned a commendation from the Mayor of Amman for its exceptional design and its positive contribution to the city's commercial center landscape.
