The ammunition factory consists of ten buildings spread across a 242,000 m2 area, being the first of its kind to be constructed outside of Belgium and the USA.
Our scope of work encompassed not only the design of the buildings and infrastructure but also the intricate electromechanical systems. We closely coordinated with equipment manufacturers to ensure seamless integration. The design included comprehensive services for manufacturing machines, encompassing electrical, mechanical, drainage, and gas systems, all tailored to the requirements of each machine. Furthermore, our design incorporated a treatment plant system and reservoirs to support the manufacturing process. Safety measures were a top priority, leading us to implement anti-spark fittings, anti-static flooring, and designated explosion-proof areas.
